Renovation of a museum in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Pottawatomie Historic Pavilion Reconstruction Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. The St. Charles Park District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which, in its judgment, will be to the best interest of the Park District. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the specifications will be considered. All bidders must comply with the applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of Kane County prevailing wages by all contractors working on public projects, and bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor and bidding, including Equal Opportunity Laws. This project generally consists of but not limited to: All materials and labor necessary to install reconstruction as noted in the provided Pr oject Manual and Drawings at Pottawatomie Community Center facility located at 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174 owned and operated by the St. Charles Park District.
