Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond Cos., Where & When Retaining Walls Preservation - Various Locations., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $200,000.00) , Goals: Mbe: 5.00%, Wbe: 10.00%, Sdvob: 0.00% This project will repair deteriorated structure conditions on overhead sign structures and retaining walls in order to maintain current traffic operations on different highways under State jurisdiction within all five counties of New York City. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2027. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
