The scope of work includes, but not limited to the following Upgrading the existing controls in the Student Services Building, Social Sciences area, and Campus Main Plant to new Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) Building Automation System (BAS). Updating all control sequences to latest building standard sequences. Updating and adding new graphics and monitoring points. California License Required: B General or C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning All questions related to this project must be submitted electronically, no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2024, prior to 2:00 PM to: Ben M. Cayabyab, Contracts Manager Contra Costa Community College District Email: bcayabyab@4cd.edu Liquidated Damages shall be set for One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) for each Calendar Day the Work is delayed beyond the contract Substantial Completion date; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) The contract time is 158 Calendar Days between the Notice to Proceed date and the Contract Substantial Completion date. Construction Cost Estimate (Range): $900,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cashiers Check in the amount of 10% of bid (made payable to the Contra Costa Community College District). The successful bidder will be required to furnish a labor and material bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price The Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received.
