Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Nephi City (hereinafter the "City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from Professional Landscape Architect/Engineering firms (hereinafter the "Consultant"), to provide park master plans for two separate sites within the City. Notice to Proceed: August 7, 2024. Question Deadline 07/19/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Any questions and correspondence should be directed to: Craig Oswald Parks and Recreation Director, Nephi City mcoswald@nephi.utah.gov 435.250.8500. Crimson Flats Park: 1. 19.35 total acres 2. Current land uses include: Agricultural / farming. Red Cliffs Park: 1. 5.61 total acres 2. Current land uses include: Undeveloped land The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and/or waive minor irregularities when to do so would be in the best interests of the City. Minor irregularities are those that will not have a significant adverse effect on overall competition or performance levels. The responding party agrees that the City may terminate this procurement procedure at any time and for any reason, and the City shall have no liability or responsibility to the responding party for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with this RFP, or such party's response. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
