Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as CORN PALACE PARK DEVELOPMENT, PR-22-03 consisting of furnishing all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, and material necessary to carry out demolition, grading, drainage, concrete pavement, planting, irrigation, electrical fencing, play equipment, shade structure, site furnishings and other miscellaneous work ready for use according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. The successful bidder shall also maintain throughout performance of the work the insurance coverage specified in the bid documents. Contract Award - Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. If bids are required on a Base Bid and Additive Alternates, contract award will be based solely on the Base Bid. The acceptance of a bid will be evidenced by a written Notice of Award delivered to the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to reject all bids; and further reserves the right to reject any bids that are found to be non-responsive or submitted by a bidder that is not responsible.
