The City of Sunnyvale is seeking proposals from licensed Engineering firms to provide professional services for design and preparation of bid documents and construction support for Mary-Carson Water Plant Upgrade. The project will replace the mechanical and electrical components of the plant. The scope of work generally includes preparation of: preliminary design, design development, bid documents, and bidding/construction support for Public Works competitive bidding. Ancillary work includes: compliance with CEQA, obtain or prepare all necessary permits, construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
