2024: 7500 South Sewer Liner Project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. MID reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or items within a bid, at its sole discretion. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed in Utah or if the Contract exceeds the limit of the Bidder's license at the time of award. The project includes: supply and installation of approximately 3,225 linear feet of 18-inch SDR 35 PVC Sewer Line as a replacement to the existing 12- and 15-inch sewer line. The work also includes the supply and installation of approximately 11 manholes, the reinstatement of approximately 56 sewer lateral connections, and 4 trunkline reconnections. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the supply and installation of all materials and appurtenances associated with the project, including the crossing of the Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, reconnection of the sewer line in State Street (a UDOT roadway), any and all bypass pumping required, and the backfill, compaction, and rebuilding and restoration of the 7500 South roadway impacted by the construction.
