It is expected that the winning bidder can complete this project in ninety (90) calendar days, no exceptions for holidays following a fifteen (15) day Notice to Proceed Period. Lump Sum pay items for Traffic Control shall be capped at a maximum of 2.5% (where applicable) of the category sub-total and lump sum for Mobilization/ Demobilization shall be capped at a maximum of 5.0% of the category sub-total. Bidder may bid less than the cap. Each Category will be treated as an a la carte additive alternate. Meaning that if overall totals exceed annual budgeted amount for road resurfacing, categories can be eliminated in total to adjust to budget.
