Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This Contract is for the construction of replacement concrete pavement at the rear gate and circulation roadway, replacement storm drain on Monroe Street, replacement and abandonment of sanitary sewer, replacement gates and security and control hardware at the rear of the facility, and replacement of HVAC ductwork and equipment and ceiling grid and light fixture replacement to accommodate mechanical work inside the building at the 1331 S. Monroe Street Inventory and Small Procurement Facility. The work involves: 1. Excavation of existing pavement; 2. Placement of new concrete pavement; 3. Replacement of existing vehicle gate and gate hardware, control machinery and electronics, and electrical work, and providing a new pedestrian gate; 4. Partial replacement of the existing sanitary sewer connection to the building and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer pipe; 5. Replacement of the existing ditch inlet and one roadway inlet on S. Monroe Street; 6. Replacement of the existing HVAC ductwork, equipment, and controls inside the building and electrical work associated with equipment. Replacement of ceilings and associated light fixtures and air devices on the first and second floor.
