This contract pertains to refurbishing and replacing AC Breakers in the MTA Metro substations. The Contractor is responsible for removing the current inservice AC secondary circuit breakers from each AC cabinet, installing an appropriate float breaker, and testing for optimal functioning. The Contractor will then transport the breaker(s) to their facility and perform a complete refurbishment/reconditioning in compliance with PEARL standard 1235. Upon refurbishment completion, the Contractor will transport, install, and test the reconditioned breakers in their original. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
