Wage Rates: Apply The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Borrow (Plan Quantity) Untreated Base Course (Plan Quantity) HMA - 1/2 inch Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $1.5m but Less Than or Equal $3m (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using udot's bidding Businesssystem or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount Of the bid, made payable to the utah department of transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee That if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required.
