Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the renovation of a 3,140-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of August 27, 2024 the project is in design revisions and the bid has been put on hold. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ 1022 W YOST ROAD STILLWATER, OK 74075 Construction of: Stillwater Water Treatment Plant Sua Wtp Chemicals Project: Phase 1 Lime Improvements Project Scope of Work to Primarily Include the Following for Phase 1: Installation of a New Lime Feed System and Silo Procured From Rdp Technologies. Modifcations at the Scu Walkways and Platforms to Accommodate the Lime Feed Loop and Dosing Stations. Sitework, Electrical, and Ancillary Items Associated With the Installation of the Lime Feed System. ** Important ** the Stillwater Utilities Authority Will Utilize a Two-step Bidding Process to Select a Successful Bidder for This Project. Step 1: Prequalification Required - Prospective Bidders Must Complete and Submit a Statement of Qualifications for All Work to Be Performed for the Project. Pre qualification is Required to Submit a Bid for This Project. The Sua Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof and to Waive Any Technicalities in the Bidding Process. Each Bidder is Required to Submit With Their Bid a Guarantee in the Form of an Acceptable Bidder's Bond, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check on a Solvent Bank in the State of Oklahoma, and in the Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Shall Execute a Contract Within 14 Days of Notice of Award by the Sua. The Successful Bidder Shall File a Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Statutory Bond and Certificates of Insurance in the Statutory Amounts for Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance at the Time of Signing the Contract. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 a. Phase 1 Lime i. New lime feed system and silo by RDP Technologies (prepurchased/ assigned to general contractor) ii. RDP lime feed equipment and silo steel are manufactured and stored in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin respectively. At notice to proceed, contractor will be assigned responsibility for continued storage or receiving equipment at site. Contractor will be responsible for remaining cost of RDP system not yet paid. iii. Modifications at the SCU walkways and platforms to accommodate the lime feed loop and dosing stations. iv. SCU walkway extensions should be designed and coordinated with equipment manufacturers - Walker Process for North SCU and WesTech for Middle and South SCUs. b. Phase 2 Chemicals i. Modifications to existing chlorine feed storage and feed system, monorail structure, and wall within Chemical Building 01. ii. Demolition and decommissioning of existing aqueous ammonia storage and feed system at Chemical Building 01. iii. Construction of Chemical Building 02 with sodium hydroxide, sodium hexametaphosphate, and liquid ammonium sulfate chemical storage and feed systems along with associated mechanical and electrical rooms. iv. Construction of Booster Pump Building including skidded booster pumps for use in lime, carbon dioxide, and chlorine chemical feed systems as well as a skidded fire booster pump to serve Chemical Building 01. v. Demolition and decommissioning of existing gaseous carbon dioxide storage and feed system. vi. Installation of new pressurized solution feed carbon dioxide system and storage tank. vii. Modifications to existing ozone system including new supplemental air system, new cooling water system, new ozone destruct units, and modifications to existing ozone generation system power and control. viii. Electrical and instrumentation/controls work, including a new MCC and installation of owner-provided transformer. Question Deadline Aug 23, 2024 Submit all questions through the City of Stillwater's online system.
