UCHC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids within 90 calendar days of the Bid opening, and the Bidder agrees that it may not modify, withdraw, or cancel its Bid and that its Bid Price will be firm for this 90 day period. This 90 day period may be extended by mutual agreement between UCHC and the Bidder.
