Replace with new ceiling mounted units. Remove existing window AC units, replace with new window pane to match existing window. 3. Finney Architects has completed a set of DSA approved Construction Drawings and Specifications for this project. 4. The college will provide the following equipment to be installed by the contractor. a. Daikin VRV BOM (Exhibit C) b. Greenheck ERV (Exhibit D) 5. The contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of the HVAC system as outlined in the provided construction drawings and specifications. Contractor shall also be responsible for disposing of old equipment in the College's metal recycling.
