.A The estimated cost for the base Bid for this work is: $6,500,000 The Work will consist of: o Replacing existing air handler AH-3 and AH-4 with new custom air handlers o Providing concrete supports for the new exhaust fan unit o Selective demolition and patching of areas of existing air handler roof curbs o Providing electrical services to the new air handlers and accessories o Providing a new direct digital control system to monitor and control the new air handlers with future expansion capabilities o Relocating existing sanitary sewer vents 25' away from air handler unit outside air intakes The estimated cost for the base Bid for this work is: $6,500,000 The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 365 calendar Days from the Commencement Date in Owner's Notice to Proceed. Designated portions of the Work must be completed according to the following Milestones. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work no later than 334 Days from the Commencement Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work no later than 365 Days from the Commencement Date. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the Bid price, including all additive Bid items.
