Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bidder will be required to submit with their proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 45 calendar days for completion of the project. The required final completion date of this project is October 15, 2024. The County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities. he sealed bids are to be plainly marked "Attention: County Highway Superintendent, F Road in Scribner, Project No. C-27(637), County, Nebraska".
