The maintenance building will consist of a 28,303 square foot pre-engineered metal building that will be sub-divided into offices, restrooms, locker rooms, parts room, wood shop area, sign shop area, metal fabrication area, and vehicle maintenance bays. The building will utilize interior metal stud framing and interior concrete block walls to sub-divide the spaces. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall panels with a masonry veneer wainscot and pre-finished metal roof panels. The vehicle storage building will consist of a 14,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building that will be sub-divided into a wash bay and vehicle storage bays. The building will utilize interior metal stud framing to sub-divide the spaces.
