Clearbrook-Gonvick Public Schools I.S.D. #2311 invites bids for all sections for the IAQ HVAC Replacement Project located in Clearbrook, MN. The bids will be in accordance with bidding documents prepared by ATS&R Architects. Bids will be received for separate prime contracts managed by R. A. Morton and Associates, LLC, Construction Managers. Indoor Air Quality HVAC Replacement Each bid in excess of $20,000 shall be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a Surety Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check. Prevailing wage requirements are not required. The bidder acknowledges the rights of the owner to reject any and all bids, accept any bid, waive informalities in bids submitted, and waive minor discrepancies in bidding procedures, as deems to be in its best interest. Each bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Construction Manager, the Architect and respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of Forty Five (45) calendar days immediately following the date of receipt of bids. It shall be the responsibility of any and all bidders to check online to acquire all addenda before submitting a bid. (Note: Contractors Own Terms, Qualification, Conditions and Other Attachments if Attached to or Sent With the Bid Proposal, Shall Not Be Accepted as Part of the Bid). Bids shall be mailed or submitted in person. Bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. The Owners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts of bids, and to waive informalities therein. For the purposes of determining the lowest responsible bidder(s) in the consideration of all bids submitted, the Owners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates, in any order or combination, which appear on the Bid Proposal Form and as it may consider in the best interests of the Owners. The Owner anticipates being able to award a contract within Forty-Five (45) days from bid opening. Preliminary schedule is included in this project manual. Contractors shall coordinate work with the Construction Manager to meet the schedule as required. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
