Upper Trinity Regional Water District, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, is currently seeking sealed bids Water Reclamation Plant Odor Control System Question Cut Off Date: 7/29/2024 11:00 AM (ET) b. Locations: i. Lakeview Regional Water Reclamation Plant 689 North Lakeview Drive Lake Dallas, TX 75065 ii. Highland Village Lift Station 310 Highland Village Road Highland Village, TX 75022 iii. Lantana Lift Station 3201 Old Alton Road Denton, TX 75065 1. GENERAL SCOPE a. The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide odor control services for the Lakeview Regional Water Reclamation Plant system. 2. OBJECTIVE a. The intent of the Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain a qualified Proposer to provide comprehensive odor control services for UTRWD. The successful Proposer shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, services and otherwise do all things necessary to provide comprehensive odor control services. The successful Proposer shall provide specific odor/corrosion treatment, related wastewater treatment plant issues/costs, installing necessary monitoring equipment and establishing objectives and monitoring programs for odor/corrosion control treatment.
