For the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the 2025 Roadway Rehabilitation Project, for the benefit of the following: All parcels within the south 1/2 of Section 2, northeast 1/4 of Section 10, or west half of Section 11, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Fox Run Road, Fox Run Bay, Fox Run Cove, Brookview Road, Forest Hill Drive, Larkspur Drive, Larkspur Court, Brookhaven Drive, Waterfront Drive, Stony Creek Drive, Heather Drive, Bonnieview Drive, Bonnieview Circle, Briar Glen Lane, Briar Glen Cove, Briar Glen Court, Lake Ridge Drive, Lake Ridge Alcove, Lake Ridge Bay, Kilbirnie Road, Lake View Drive, Bay View Lane, or Markgrafs Lake Drive. All parcels within the south half of Section 2, northeast 1/4 of Section 10, or northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Eastview Road or Fox Run Road (from Woodbury Drive to Eastview Road). All parcels within the northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Promenade Lane or Central Park Place. The preliminary estimated cost of said improvements is $9,227,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
