Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,200-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The City of Lake Crystal, in cooperation with the Lake Crystal Recreation Center The City of Lake Crystal is working with Widseth Architects and Engineers to design a two story, 2,200sf expansion to the existing recreation center. A referendum is not required; however, the project must be approved by the City Council and Mayor Todd Wiens. The City of Lake Crystal is requesting proposals from qualified interested firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services in cooperation with the City of Lake Crystal and Widseth Architects and Engineers to for the following project. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) has been prepared in accordance with Statute 471.463 and acts as both Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Location of office that from which this project will be administrated. 3.
