The City of Farmington will be accepting bids for repairs to and resurfacing of Jimmy DeVault Road from West Main Street (US 62) westward to the city limits, approximately 2,350 linear feet in length. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a responsible bank and payable to the order of the Owner, or a Bid Bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. The City of Farmington reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities deemed to be in the City's best interest.
