Site work and paving for a road / highway in Farmington, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Farmington will be accepting bids for widening of Angus Lane between Main Street and Tyler Road. The roadway is to be widened by approximately five feet, including installation of some curb and gutter, milling, and a 2-inch HMAC overlay. Project length is approximately 876 linear feet. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a responsible bank and payable to the order of the Owner, or a Bid Bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. The City of Farmington reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities deemed to be in the City's best interest. Notice is hereby given that the City of Farmington is an equal opportunity employer. The successful bidder shall submit a certification of non-segregated facilities prior to award of the contract, and to notify prospective subcontractors of the requirement for such a certification where the subcontract exceeds $10,000. Question deadline: 07/01/2025: If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents; or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents, he may submit to the Owner a written request
