This project involves improvements to the intersection of Lossing Street and Double Springs Road, along with installation of sidewalk along Lossing Street, from Double Springs Road to Kimberly Street, along with minor signage and striping. If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents; or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents, he may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof not later than seven (7) calendar days before the bids are to be opened.
