This project involves the renovation of an existing 4th floor room for a new research laboratory, including a clean room and mass spectrometer lab. The project includes minor selective demolition, new partitions, doors, casework, and finish. The mechanical scope includes new distribution. Electrical, plumbing and telecom scopes include new distribution to serve laboratory operations. This project is the 2nd phase of a larger project. The previous phase includes rooftop equipment and selective demolition. B. Contract: Construction work under unified fixed price contract. 1.02 PROJECT MANAGER A.
