PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction is the Construction Manager for the Purdue University - Daniels School of Business project located at 429 Mitch Daniels Blvd., West Lafayette, IN 47907. This project consists of demolition of existing buildings and below grade parking garage and construction of a new, 5-story building (approximately 185,000 GSF) with a full basement. The building will include a lobby, commons, open collaboration spaces, classrooms, lab space, event space, loading dock and back of house spaces, and sitework which includes a courtyard, streetscape improvements, pedestrian access, and central connector. Construction for the entire project began September 2024 and will end April 2027.
