HVAC Unit Replacement at Hershey Public Library Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond of a Surety Company Legally Authorized to Do Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an Amount Equal to Ten (10%) of the Bid. All Bids Must Be Submitted Using the Bid Forms Provided Within the Bid Documents and Must Be Accompanied by All Documents and/or Forms Provided for Within the Bid Documents. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date of the Actual Opening of Bids. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price Within Ten (10) Days After the Contract Has Been Awarded and May Also Be Required to Furnish a Contractor's Qualification Statement. The Township of Derry Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept or Reject Any Parts Thereof, or Items Therein, and to Waive Any Defects or Irregularities in Bids and Bid Securities, and to Make the Award That is Determined to Be in the Best Interest of the Township. No Bid May Be Considered From Any Person, Firm or Corporation Who Has Defaulted in the Performance of Any Contract or Agreement Previously Made With the Township or Conclusively Shown to Have Failed to Perform Satisfactorily Such Contract or Agreement With the Township.
