Renovation of a municipal facility in Endicott, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 500-square-foot municipal facility.

The Project includes the following Work: The proposed project will reconfigure and renovate approximately 500 square feet of existing office space on the second floor of the Town of Union offices. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Dataflow - Binghamton Office at the following address: 19 S Washington Street Binghamton, NY 13903 Phone (607) 771-2001 bidsupport@godataflow.com. Electronic Bid Documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $49.00 per bid set, payable by credit card. Question Deadline 07/16/2024 Questions or inquiries should be in writing and directed to Delta Engineers, 860 hooper Road, Endwell, NY 13760, Christopher Lynch RA Senior Project Manager, telephone 607.231.6600, and email at clynch@delta-eas.com All questions must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check, made payable to the Town of Union. Contractors shall document good faith efforts to solicit active participation by Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for provision of labor and/or materials as appropriate. The Town of Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages all Section 3 and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) to submit proposals. Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids.
