No definite date for the rebid.** Lawn Enhancements All bids shall remain in force for a period of THREE YEARS and may be accepted or rejected by the owner at any time prior to the expiration of this period. Huntsville City Schools reserves the right to reject any/or all bids as may be deemed best for their interest and reserves the right to award the contract or contracts to other than the low bidder if in the interest of ultimate economy and standardization to do so. All bids received shall guarantee items bid to meet or exceed specifications listed. If quoting other than specified, pictures, description and specifications shall accompany all bids. The bidder shall specify make and model quoted.
