Lead Service Line Replacements Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. Documentation of the solicitation efforts shall be submitted with the Bid. Failure to submit documentation of the DBE Solicitation may cause a Bid to be rejected.
