Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairview, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Question Deadline 08/08/2024 Biddershallsubmit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Engineer’s Estimate is approximately $250,000. Contract #3 200,000-gallon, welded steel, Town tank restorations. Contract Times (Calendar Days) Substantial / Final Payment 90 / 120 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of Fairview in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Town of Fairview reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
