The University seeks to retain an on-call Energy Consultant to provide commissioning services, project consulting and support, generate energy consumption baselines and energy savings estimates, and identify and track energy efficiency, including but not limited to: Commissioning services Additional energy and automation project consulting Sky Foundry Sky Spark(R) Integration Maintain the Sky Spark(R) integration Project start dates will be staggered as determined by University's Project Manager. Commissioning projects will be delivered dynamically with multiple energy efficiency measures in various phases to maximize immediate and longterm energy savings across campus. Under the guidelines of California Public Contract Code 10510.4 - 10510.9, the University of California, Irvine (hereinafter referred to as "UCI" or the "University") seeks consultants for Energy Consulting services (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" or "Consultants"). Consultants will provide services for a variety of projects, with the expectation that the Consultants can provide a quick turnaround on deliverables.
