The City of Dover, is soliciting bids for the replacement of two boilers at the North End Fire Station. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing boilers, circulating pumps, expansion tanks as well as any piping that won't be reused. The selected contractor will install the new boilers in accordance with the included plans and specifications. Include a Project Team and Organization Chart of all individuals who will be assigned to work on this project. Also, list any proposed sub-consultants and their intended scope of work. Describe in narrative form the vendors approach and technical plan for accomplishing the work listed herein. Submit a schedule for completing the scope of work outlining the anticipated time frames and durations for the services specified in the project approach. Question Deadline 07/23/2024 Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Bid's due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Bid will be provided to all Proposers of record. The task shall be completed by as soon as possible with a completion date of September 30, 2024.
