Site work for a civil project in Caernarvon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Major items of construction consist of furnishing and installing a 20' W x 6.25' H x 29 LF precast concrete box culvert in an excavation area prepared by the Township. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank check, payable to Salisbury Township or a Bid Bond in the form described in the bidding documents executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the Total Bid. Bidders must submit a non-collusion affidavit. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Salisbury Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Estimated Contract Value: $130,000 to $190,000 Question Deadline 07/25/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Online Portal *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work to be performed under this Contract shall commence within 15 days of notification by the Owner or Engineer to start work, and all work shall be fully and finally completed two hundred (200) calendar days thereinafter.
