Major items of construction consist of furnishing and installing a 20' W x 6.25' H x 29 LF precast concrete box culvert in an excavation area prepared by the Township. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank check, payable to Salisbury Township or a Bid Bond in the form described in the bidding documents executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the Total Bid. Bidders must submit a non-collusion affidavit. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Salisbury Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
