Cost estimate Deadline to Submit Questions (in writing) July 24, 2024 The Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe (SBIT) is soliciting proposals for qualified contractors to construct a 40' wide x 60' long x 10' high pole barn intended for use as an office building on the Shoalwater Bay Indian reservation located in Pacific County, Washington as described in Scope of Work provided in on page 5. All work must meet federal, state, and local standards, laws, specifications, and codes. The project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, permits and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the as specified in the Scope of Work on Page 5. The successful proposer will demonstrate, on the part of the lead planner, knowledge and experience in tribal/local/regional and state levels of construction. The Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal process and will award the contract(s) based upon the qualifications and experience of a contractor that best meets the type of work necessary and that are deemed to be in the best interest of the tribe.
