The purpose of the Swift Current Main Canal (SCMC) and Herbert Main Canal (HMC) Master Planning Studies is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the current conditions for all components along the 70.4 km of canal (38.5 km and 31.9 km respectively). The successful respondent will be required to determine rehabilitation/replacement alternatives, costs, priorities for the identified flow capacities and recommendations over a multi-year rehabilitation approach. This multi-year plan will also include items such as a hydraulic analysis to evaluate the current condition of the canal, as well as identifying other project considerations such as environmental regulations and land control requirements. The Master Plans will then be presented to WSA and documented in two separate reports for each canal. Deadline for Questions July 26, 2024, at 4:00:00 p.m. local SK time
