Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a stadium in Marshall, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The project site is located at Madison County Fairgrounds, 330 Carolina Lane, Marshall NC, 28753. The County requests qualifications from Design-Build teams for the design, permitting, and construction of Phase 1 of the Fairgrounds Arena Complex. The maximum, not to exceed, budget for this project is $1,200,000 and is funded through North Carolina Session Law 2023-134. Madison County strives for an aspirational ten percent (10%) goal for participation by minority businesses. The County reserves the right to select or reject all offers, or award a contract, with the most qualified Design-Builder which, in its judgement, is in the best interest of Madison County. Design-Build of the multi-facility complex is set to begin in November 2024 with an estimated completion date of March 1st, 2025. The primary site is located at 330 Carolina Lane, Marshall NC which is the existing site of Madison County Fairgrounds Questions concerning this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Rod Honeycutt, via email to rhoneycutt@madisoncountync.gov and copied to Mandy Bradley mbradley@madisoncountync.gov no later than 2:00 P.M., EDT on July 19, 2024.
