Elevator(s) Installation at Mosaic Elementary For project related questions, please contact BLDD- DHA Architects (Jeremy Marquardt at jeremy.marquardt.dharch@bldd.com) or (Dwight Dickinson at dwight.dickinson.dharch@bldd.com). The intent of this bid package is to procure elevator equipment now for installation at the Mosaic Elementary School during the summer of 2025 (see schedule in Division 1, General Requirements, Section 01100). Therefore, the Mehlville School District intends to enter into a contract with the elevator supplier immediately to place the elevator equipment on order in time to meet the aforementioned construction schedule. This contract will be assigned to the general contractor upon award of the general building package. Current certificate of insurance naming the School District, and Dickinson Hussman Architects as additional insured shall be issued upon notice to proceed. 5% Bid bonds will be required with the bid along with Performance and Payment Bonds with the successful bidder. Insurance certificates shall include automobile, workers' compensation, and general liability coverage. The Owner may accept or reject any and all bids for any reason. The contractual obligations of the general contractor found in this project manual are shown as a courtesy for the bidders only.
