Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
SCOPE OF PROJECT It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to have a prefabricated structure manufacturer provide a prefabricated structure satisfying all the requirements of the attached drawing and documentation, deliver the structure to the park and install/setup the structures on a site prepared by others. Coordination will be required between the selected structure manufacturer and the General Contractor (separate contract). Project coordination requirements are defined within this document. INQUIRIES Questions concerning this RFP should be directed to jayw@swtdesign.com. Questions will be addressed via addendum issued via the City of Crestwood website and directly to confirmed plan holders. No further questions or clarifications will be provided after that date. All proposals must be in strict compliance with this Request for Proposals. Failure to comply with all provisions of the RFP may result in disqualification of your proposal. The deadline for receipt of questions from vendors via email to jayw@swtdesign.com is 5:00 PM (CST) on July 23, 2024. No communication regarding this RFP should be directed to any City official or employee. All queries will be responded to in the form of written addenda and sent to all known interested firms. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. No holiday or weekend work shall occur unless approved by the City's Parks and Recreation Department at least 24 hours in advance of the weekend or holiday where work will take place. SCOPE: These conditions shall be in force unless otherwise modified by the City in this document. Vendors shall be advised that the City of Crestwood is not responsible for the content of any RFP package received through any 3rd party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness of the documents received from any 3rd party source.
