Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 19, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope of work consists of Phase 2 of the combined services facility construction, which consists of the finish out construction of two existing metal buildings and site work to include site grading, retention pond construction and parking lot construction.
