Description and location of Project: Drainage improvements from Shirley Ave. to 6415 Bass Road. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 10:00 AM ET The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Joseph Exely. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's designated web portal at online. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda posted on MSD's designated web portal will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All inquiries and questions between the bid opening and the contract awarding shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's Chief Engineer, David W. Johnson, P.E. This Contract provides for 605 linear feet (LF) of 29" x 45" dual elliptical pipe, 3 dual pipe catch basins, four dual pipe headwalls, 48 LF of flat bottom pave ditch installation, one detentioin basin grading, utility cut, asphalt milling and paving, with final restoration . The Engineers Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 1,000,000.00 and $ 1,500,000.00 . *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
