Request for Proposal for Engineering Services for Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems. Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals will be received by Camino Real Regional Utility Authority for Professional Engineering Services for CRRUA Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems - Liquid and Wastewater Systems. The term of this contract will be from date of award until June 30, 2025 with an option to renew, at the discretion of the CRRUA, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed a total of three (3) years. Services will be provided on a task order basis and cost will be negotiated per task order. No purchases are obligated by this request for proposals. Since federal funding will be used no preferences shall apply to this solicitation. CRRUA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Any sole response that is received may or may not be rejected by CRRUA depending on available competition and timely needs of CRRUA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
