Site work and paving for a civil project in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project is an expansion of the Chaparral Wastewater Collection System within the Lift Station #6 service area. It includes a total of approximately 31,000 feet of 8-inch and 10-inch PVC gravity collection pipeline, 97 concrete manholes, 415 sewer service stub outs, and pavement replacement. The project is broken up into a base bid and four bid alternatives. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents.
