BEAR CREEK - BOILER AND PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, coordination, and to complete the removal of existing boilers and associated equipment and installation of new combination boilers in the Bear Creek Township Municipal building and community room. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall not apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Prospective bidders can coordinate site visits with the Bear Creek Township secretary at (570) 822-2260. Any contractor who does not visit the site and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Questions may be submitted through online "Questions" tab on or before 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 25,2024. Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties.
