Repairs of Concrete Surfaces at the Mohegan Sun Arena Bid Security, in an Amount Equal to Ten (10%) of the Total Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for a Satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Luzerne County Convention Center Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof, and to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. The Selection of the Successful Bidder Shall Be Made in the Best Interest of the Luzerne County Convention Center Authority, as They Solely Determine, and Bidders Acknowledge This by Submitting a Bid. Bids May Be Held by Authority for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of the Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids, Before Awarding the Contract.
