Demolition and Site Clearance of 67 Prospect Street For questions or further information, please contact the Office of Economic & Community Development at (570) 208-4138. Bid security, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid, exclusive of any deductions of salvage, shall be submitted with each Bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Qualified bidders must have a current City of Wilkes-Barre General or Demolition Contractor's License. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for performance and payment bond or bonds. The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding. Time is of essence for this project. Work shall be commenced and fully completed within (10) days from the Notice to Proceed.
