The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Elmira Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide the Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment, located at Elmira Psychiatric Center at 100 Washington Street, Elmira, NY 14902-1527. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, August 1, 2024 by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by August 8, 2024.
