Ernie Davis Academy 2024 Renovations Project - General Trades Work All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on August 22, 2024. Questions shall be directed to Keith Barnes at Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC at email barnesk@hunt-eas.com AND Aubri York at Welliver at email ayork@buildwelliver.com. Only those proposers already pre-qualified may receive the Proposal Documents or submit proposals As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid security shall be in the amount of 5% of the bid amount (If Payment or Performance Bonds are to be in an amount other than 100% of the Contract Sum, indicate the dollar amount or percentage of the Contract Sum. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids
