Bensalem Township Fire Building Garage The scope of work generally includes earthwork, drainage improvements, paving and associated items of work. Bids will have a tentative award date of August 14, 2024. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, or certified check or cashier's check, in favor of Bensalem Township, in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, on bond forms acceptable to Bensalem Township. All bidders must complete the Bidder Qualifications form and the Contractor & Subcontractor Responsibility Certification form. This contract is in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the Wage Rates determined for the project as stated in the Contract documents.
